Cookies and browser storage

This is a translation for your convenience. The Slovenian text is binding; if the two differ, the Slovenian version prevails.

In short

Our site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. For the cart and the order it only uses storage in your browser (localStorage and sessionStorage). This data stays on your device; your browser sends us the cart contents only when you continue from our checkout to payment.

Because this storage is strictly necessary for a service you explicitly request (the cart and the order), it does not require your consent (Article 225(2) of the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act, ZEKom-2).

What we store in your browser

Name	Type	Purpose	Duration
ct_cart_v1	localStorage	cart contents: chosen sets, quantities, time of the last change	deleted after a successful order or 30 days after the last change
ct_nudge_off	sessionStorage	remembers that you closed the "Your cart is waiting" bar in this tab	deleted when you close the tab
ct_order	sessionStorage	number of the order you are paying for, to show the confirmation page when you come back from the payment page	deleted when you close the tab
ct_to_payment	sessionStorage	order number while you go from our checkout to the Stripe payment page and back to the confirmation page	deleted when you close the tab

Third parties

There is no third-party content on our pages. When you click "Continue to payment" at checkout, we redirect you to Stripe's payment page (checkout.stripe.com). There Stripe sets its own cookies on its own domain, including for fraud prevention. Stripe's cookie policy applies to them.

Analytics and advertising

We do not use analytics or advertising tools. If we ever introduce them, we will ask for your consent first.

How to delete the data

In your browser settings, delete the site data for cubbtoys.com. This also empties the cart.
