Terms of sale

This is a translation for your convenience. The Slovenian text is binding; if the two differ, the Slovenian version prevails.

1. General

These terms apply to purchases in the Cubb Toys online shop at cubbtoys.com. The seller is Eva Cerar s.p., Soteska pri Moravčah 11, 1251 Moravče, registration number (matična številka) 7543042000, tax number (davčna številka) 28054008. All seller details are in the imprint.

The shop is intended for consumers and delivers to addresses in Slovenia only. The contract is concluded in Slovenian. The purchase is governed in particular by the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and the Code of Obligations (OZ). These terms do not limit the rights the law gives you.

2. Product and prices

We sell the Grand Dinosaurs 6-in-1 building-block set (672 pieces), as a single set and in packs of 2 or 3 sets. The main characteristics, box contents and warnings are described on the product page.

Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts. Choking hazard. Ages 6 to 15.

Prices are in euros and are final. VAT not charged under Article 94(1) of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1). We do not charge separately for delivery in Slovenia. The prices of the packs of 2 and 3 sets are shown on the product page. The price shown at the moment of payment applies.

We may reduce a price for a limited time (for example for Black Friday). For a reduced price, the previous price we state is the lowest price in the 30 days before the reduction (Article 15 ZVPot-1).

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

You add a set or a pack to the cart.
At our checkout you enter your e-mail address and, if you wish, a phone number (for the carrier) and a note. By ticking the required box you confirm that you agree to these terms and that you have been informed of the right of withdrawal. Optional consent boxes, for example for one reminder if you do not complete the payment, are not a condition of purchase.
The button "Continue to payment" opens the Stripe payment page (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). There you enter your name, a delivery address in Slovenia and your payment details, tick the box that refers to our terms and privacy policy, and pay.
Before paying you see an order summary and the total. You correct quantities in the cart. You correct your e-mail address, phone and note at our checkout. You correct your name, address and payment details on the Stripe payment page. You can cancel the payment and return to the shop.

By paying you send us an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds and we show you a confirmation with the order number on screen. If the payment fails, no contract is concluded. We also send you the same confirmation by e-mail; it contains the order and seller details, information on the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form.

We keep the order in our records. A summary is available at the link in the confirmation.

4. Payment

You pay by payment card or by another method that Stripe offers on its page (for example Apple Pay or Google Pay, when available). The payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) on its secure page. We do not see or store your card details.

We issue the invoice after receiving the payment and send it to you by e-mail or enclose it in the parcel.

5. Delivery

We ship the sets from Ljubljana. You normally receive the parcel within 2 to 3 working days after a successful payment, and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded (Article 26 ZVPot-1). If we are late, you may set us a reasonable additional period; if we do not deliver within that period either, you may withdraw from the contract (Article 27 ZVPot-1).

We bear the risk of loss of or damage to the parcel until you physically receive it (Article 68 ZVPot-1). If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, please note this with the courier if possible and send us a photo. You do not lose any rights if you do not.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the parcel (Articles 134 and 136 ZVPot-1). Tell us by e-mail or by post; you may use the form. Return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal, to Soteska pri Moravčah 11, 1251 Moravče, unless we give you another address in our reply. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. 7. Conformity of goods (legal guarantee)

We are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery (Article 78 ZVPot-1). If it becomes apparent within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery (Article 80). A lack of conformity is, for example, a missing or cracked piece or an error in the instructions.

Notify us of the lack of conformity within 2 months of the day you discovered it (Article 84) at [email protected]. Describe it as precisely as you can, ideally with a photo, and allow us to inspect the goods.

You may choose a free repair (for example, we send the missing or damaged pieces) or replacement with a new set, unless the chosen option is impossible or disproportionately costly for us. We carry it out within a reasonable period of no more than 30 days (Article 82). We bear all costs, including shipping.
If repair or replacement is not possible or does not succeed, you may ask for a proportionate price reduction or withdraw from the contract. If the lack of conformity becomes apparent within 30 days of delivery, you may withdraw from the contract straight away and ask for a refund (Article 83).
If the existence of a lack of conformity is disputed, we inform you in writing within 8 days of receiving your claim (Article 85). If you withdraw from the contract, we refund the price without undue delay and at the latest within 8 days of receiving the goods or proof that you sent them back. If you ask for a proportionate price reduction, we refund that part within 8 days of receiving your request (Article 86).
These rights expire 2 years after you notified us of the lack of conformity (Article 87).

We give no voluntary (commercial) guarantee in addition to the legal guarantee.

8. Complaints, disputes and final provisions

Send complaints to [email protected]. We confirm receipt and reply within 8 days.

Eva Cerar s.p. does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent (Article 32 ZIsRPS). The list of providers is published on gov.si.

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Slovenia under the general rules on jurisdiction.

We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the terms published when the contract was concluded. These terms apply from 21 October 2026.
