Right of withdrawal

This is a translation for your convenience. The Slovenian text is binding; if the two differ, the Slovenian version prevails.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically receive the goods. If you ordered several sets in one order and they arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one (Articles 134 and 136 ZVPot-1).

None of the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal applies to this product.

How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement:

by e-mail to [email protected] (subject "Withdrawal from the contract" and your order number), or
by post to Eva Cerar s.p., Soteska pri Moravčah 11, 1251 Moravče.

You may use the form below, but it is not obligatory. The quickest way is to copy the lines of the form into an e-mail and fill them in, or to send us a photo of the completed form. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay.

Your withdrawal is in time if you send the notice before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal, to Soteska pri Moravčah 11, 1251 Moravče, unless we give you another address in our reply to your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice (Article 143 ZVPot-1). We use the same means of payment you used: for card payments, a refund to the same card. The refund costs you nothing.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have sent us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Condition of the goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (Article 142 ZVPot-1). You may open the box and check the set as you would in a shop. If the bricks have been played with or pieces are missing, we may deduct the amount by which the value of the set has decreased from the refund.
